Learn to make French macarons with us at the shoppe! We use the French technique for mixing up our batter. Everyone can choose their own flavor for the macaron shells, and we will have fillings and frostings ready at the shoppe to complete them.

*Class starts promptly at 5:00pm. Please show up at least 10 minutes early, so we can be sure to start class on time! 

There is about an hour of downtime when the macarons are resting, baking, and cooling. During this time check out one of our favorite local restaurants and grab some grub. Try Pub 819 or The Vine Room!

***Kids must be 12 or older to do the class on their own, otherwise, they need a parent/guardian to help with the class**

**Due to a recent uptick in cancellations + rescheduled requests, we kindly ask that once your class is booked please do NOT change the date. We are happy to be able to offer small class sizes for the best hands-on learning, but when people cancel or rebook, it causes additional financial strain on our small bakery. We thank you for your understanding!
