At Amy's Cupcake Shoppe we began in 2014, and pride ourselves in making all of our yummy treats from scratch with only the best ingredients. Custom cakes, gourmet cupcakes, French macarons, and other sweet treats. Located on Mainstreet in Hopkins, Minnesota just minutes from downtown Minneapolis.

Come in the shoppe to enjoy a brewed coffee from City Girl Coffee, a sweet treat, or place a custom order for your next special event. Custom cakes are one of our specialties from one tier to as many as you can imagine for a wedding, or any other event you'd like to make even more amazing. 

We are deeply rooted in helping our Hopkins community through donations and sponsorships of local teams and events. Each year we donate more than $5000 in in-kind donations, sponsorships, and monthly donation cupcakes. The more we support the community the better we all do!

Along with helping our community, we are also focused on doing better for our environment. In the past year we have teamed up with MNimize to reduce our single-use plastics, straws and we have switched to compostable boxes and cups.
